The Ali Engagement Session at Azuridge Estate Hotel Just Outside South Calgary

For Mohammad and Abeera’s proposal, Caleigh from Absolutely Proposals & Romantic Events called us up and invited us along to capture the moment. So, we met at the luxurious Azuridge Estate Hotel in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies. Together, Mohammad, the team at Absolutely, and the staff at the Azuridge created the unique and memorable proposal.

The plan began with Mohammad, Abeera, and her brother arrived at the Azuridge for a bite to eat. Mohammad and Abeera’s brother slyly stepped out to use the facilities, leaving Abeera alone at the table. Suddenly, a rose appeared, brought to her by one of the fantastic staff at Azuridge. On the rose was pinned a note, listing one of the reasons Mohammad loves her so much. Another rose appeared, then another, until she held a bundle of eleven roses, each professing love. The final rose appeared in the hands of her brother.

As she held the dozen roses in her arms, Mohammad appeared with another full bouquet. He got down on one knee and passed her the roses. Then, he asked her to do him the honour of becoming his wife. She said yes, and the newly engaged couple embraced.

Still energized from the excitement of the proposal, we led the couple outside for a few first photos as fiancés. In the stunning snowy landscape, beautiful fluffy flakes blanketed the trees and gave us an incredible backdrop that matched perfectly with Abeera and Mohammad’s soft blue and pink wardrobe. After the photos against the wintery forest, we headed back into the Azuridge for a few more shots. They proudly held up the Absolutely Proposals sign, and we photographed the gorgeous diamond ring nestled into one of the vibrant red roses.

We loved being a part of Mohammad and Abeera’s engagement, and thank the talented team at Absolutely Proposals & Romantic Events for inviting us along. We wish the couple all the happiness in the world, and extend heartfelt congratulations!
